Job Description: IngersollRand Openings for IT Analyst Jobs in Bangalore
- Candidates should posses any graduate from a recognized university.
- Technical Skills: C#, .Net MVC, VBA, MS Access 2010, SQL and RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems)
- Thorough knowledge of the services area of specialization
- Ability to understand the bigger picture with good Analytical and investigation skills.
- Good command over spoken and written communication
- Organizational and presentation skills
- Organized person capable of handling volume and prioritizing what matters to business
- Travel of up to 30% may be required
- Responsible from requirements gathering through design, development and implementation of the solution within DFSD
- Analyse the existing systems, perform gap analysis and highlight areas of improvement
- Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
- Estimate time and risks and communicates high level plans
- Report progress, risk and issues to the regional business partner on weekly basis
- Proceed with ad hoc developments and database structure changes in accordance with agreed timeline and scope
- Validate the functionality according to the requirement specifications
- Liaise with business owners to review functional requirements, drive the adoption of standard work processes and standard application functionality
- Liaise with regional application owner, DFSD lead developer, R12 Centre of excellence team, Regional Infrastructure team
- Facilitate change and configuration management
- Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and provide user training
- Deliver 1st line support using the ticketing as a mean to record and track issues and co-ordinate with developers on issue resolution
- Support is on CST – China Standard Time and IST – India Standard Time
