Job Description: Infosys Openings for UX Designer Jobs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience of having delivered solutions in the realm of User Experience Design preferred – using both traditional waterfall and lean/agile UX methodology
- Experience working on Mobile, enterprise and Desktop experiences, both in native and web-based experiences.
- Demonstrate strong visual design, branding, illustration, infographics, storytelling and creative solution skills
- Proven mastery of visual design principles in creation of large-scale web user interfaces, and practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
- Candidates must have knowledge of information architecture, and interaction design principles.
- Proven knowledge of web-based application design trends, patterns, usability, technical considerations and best practices.
- Create scenario based conceptual wireframes for the identified critical scenarios
- Create high fidelity prototype for key representative scenarios
- Create standards, style guides, specification documents to support visual design system that gets delivered to the customer
- Translating interaction concepts into visual designs for various screen based platforms (websites, applications, mobile, mobile web and handheld devices like iPad and tabs)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel,The job entails an extensive amount of travel.
- The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Essential Skills:
- As an Experience Designer, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the Design lifecycle, consulting and delivering UX Solutions to our esteemed clients.
- You will be intensely involved in requirements gathering (user-centric), translating requirements into relevant UX activities and deliverables including epic/user story/user flow creation and documentation, sketches, wireframes, journey map design, or higher-fidelity visual designs
- You will be proficient in managing client / business stakeholder expectations, work harmoniously with other stakeholders of the project from a Delivery perspective, guide development teams on design process, guidelines, deliverables; contribute to the proposal development, scope definition, mentoring and internal capability building
- You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding Experience Design consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape,You will be required to facilitate design workshops and engage with stakeholders and end users
- You will be required to create high Level design brief containing - objective/goal, resources, team structure, target audience, task/activity and milestone projections.
- You will be proficient with conducting task analysis, define the information architecture, concept and detailed design, prototyping and deliver specifications for the consumption of the front end development teams
- You will be required to create navigation model/page flows/site taxonomy and interaction design
- You will be required to create low fidelity wireframes to illustrate and evaluate application design, content structure and navigation
- You will be conversant with industry best practices (User Experience Design), usage of wire-framing, visual design and prototyping tools (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Sketch etc
