- Candidates should posses any graduate from a recognized university.
- Analysis, Design, Development and Testing of software applying best practices of Software Engineering at every phases of the development process
- Work closely with the global business stakeholders, the technology teams across Asia, Europe and US
- Collaborate with the business analysts, developers, system architect, various support functions and release management located in different locations globally.

Soft Skills:
- Outstanding development skills in Java (Core Java and JEE) and Javascript (EXT-JS ideally)
- Strong SQL skills: experience in writing stored procedure (ideally Sybase Transact-SQL)
- Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (REST, SOAP, ESB) and BPM/Workflow tools
- Experience with Agile practices (Scrum, TDD, BDD,…)
- Junit, Mockito, Fitnesse
- Design and implement complex and robust Suitability Platform solutions using enterprise technologies like Java/J2EE & Rest/Webservices and adhere to SDLC best practices.
- Analysis of the requirements.
- Creating detailed design documents
- Coding using J2EE technologies like Java, Springs, Web Services, Extjs, JMS and Appway
- Perform Unit testing
- Doing the peer code review and involved in integration testing.
- Providing support to the development team in resolving the issues encountered in Dev, integration, UAT, production environment.
- Collaborate with technical groups (development, unit testing, integration testing) and operational groups (Operate, Infrastructure, Release Management) across regions (APAC, EMEA, USA).
